Great experience! Down to every single detail, we had an amazing time and felt warmly embraced and well taken care of! Really impressive service from Shawn, who was always ready to accommodate in any way and made sure we felt welcome, comfortable, and at ease! Truly cares for his craft. As well, I can say the same way everything else reflects the way this restaurant is run! Amazing food. Beautiful atmosphere, relaxing and ambient (even their TVs have soothing visuals on them - as a guest, you can leave all concerns/worries behind) Well designed space, clean, organized, smooth service, generous portions, sauces and dressings made in house fresh and are seriously delicious (the pepper dip/sauce is so good!!! served with fresh focaccia) Thank you! Will be back!

Really good place, I recommend it. The staff was friendly but our designated waiter would fail to visit our table frequently leaving us needing things while he was just on the computer thing they have there the entire time, but at least he was friendly. The food is priced relatively well however, it is not a good portion. I ordered the carbonara which is creamy and cheesy how I like it but I had to order another one to be satisfied and even considered ordering a third one but I decided to stop at 2 plates. Overall I think it is worth coming here without a doubt, and if they could improve upon those slight inconsistencies I mentioned, they would absolutely have no problem being a full 5 stars from me.

Stopped for dinner and enjoyed the starter platter and pizzas. The food was delicious and the service was super friendly. The espresso at the end though was not good at all and left a burnt aftertaste which wrecked the whole experience. I would go back for the pizza but I would stay away from the coffee.

Food was good. But the service? OMG, was amazing! he created a warm atmosphere for us, explained us every dish of the menu, this guy really loves his job. My boyfriend and I, try to visit a different restaurant every Friday, and I could say at this place we received the best service ever. Thanks KIRAN for your enormeous attitude! You are great!

We dined here after my daughter’s graduation at UofT. It was almost 9:00pm when we arrived on a weekday, but we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The food was amazing!! It was the best Italian food I have ever tasted! We received great customer service from Roberto, he was very attentive, we didn’t have to call and ask hin for anything as he made sure we had what we needed on the table. They gave us this dip with their bread and it was sooooo good. When we asked what it was, Roberto said it was the restaurant’s well-kept secret. This restaurant is definitely highly recommended!

Food is mid tier, tastes like something easily made low seasoning. Pasta sauce doesn't coat pasta nice & meatballs are boring. Only pro was pasta is al dente. Oh yea overpriced

You are looking for great pizza, pasta, or calzone (including vegetarian and gluten-free options)? This is the place! Whenever we visit our daughter and son-in-law in TO, we stop here for dinner - guaranteed quality food at a reasonable price. Napoli Centrale will not disappoint!

The Margherita pizza was delicious, baked crust was done right. The bread served before the meal paired nicely with the meatballs we ordered. The waiter was attentive. Definitely looking forward to exploring more of the menu.
